Shipping Policy

We are offering free shipping in India on orders above ₹399/-

We will dispatch the order on the same business day if the order is confirmed by 2:00 pm, post that it will be shipped on the next business day. The maximum time taken to dispatch will be 2 business days.  The maximum time for your order to get delivered is 21 business days. You may request express delivery post-order confirmation by contacting us at support@twirtles.com

We will share the tracking details after the order has been shipped for your reference (if opted in for sms, or email updates) and you may get an update from the logistics partner. You may be contacted by the logistics partner in case of delay, address mismatch or any other issue. You may contact our logistics partner or us regarding any issue or update regarding the order.

We safely and securely pack your order, and we advise you not to accept the order if it is damaged.

Delivery will depend on the serviceability of the Pincode by the logistics partner.

In case if any shipment is lost or damaged by courier partner, we will reship a new order. This might delay the delivery.
