Superpuffs: When Snacking Finally Grew Up

For years, snacking has lived a double life.

On one side, snacks that taste amazing but leave you with nothing beyond empty calories. On the other, “healthy” snacks that look good on a nutrition label but quietly disappoint your taste buds.

At Twirtles, we kept asking a simple question:Why does choosing better nutrition always feel like a compromise?

Superpuffs is our answer.

The Problem With Modern Snacking

India doesn’t lack snacks. We lack nutritionally meaningful snacks.

Most packaged puffs and chips today fall into one of three buckets:

  • High on taste, low on nutrition

  • High on claims, low on honesty

  • Or healthy-sounding, but boring after the first bite

At the same time, nutritional deficiencies like protein, iron, vitamin D, B12, and zinc are far more common than we realise, especially among urban consumers who snack multiple times a day.

We felt that snacking shouldn’t just avoid harm.It should actually do something good for you.
